The ABCs of Christ Anglican Church

“A” is for Artisan & Craft Faire

The annual Artisan & Craft Faire has been a tradition at Christ Anglican Church for 12 years. The event is held in our beautiful courtyard and is a way for us to support local artisans and raise money for Christ Church outreach. Last year, we raised nearly $2,000 for the H.O.P.E.
Ministry (Homeless Outreach Project Endeavor). This year’s event will be Saturday, November 6th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and proceeds will again benefit the H.O.P.E. Ministry.

We are hoping to have 25 vendors participate this year. In addition, our church is excited to be offering beautiful, scented candles with Bible verses to inspire and encourage you and others! We are working with the artisan owner of Good News Candles in Indiana to bring these candles to our community. The candles are hand crafted and hand poured in small batches, made with 100% natural soy from soybeans grown in the USA, have high quality fragrances, have wicks that are cotton and are lead-free and zinc-free, burn for approximately 25-30+ hours, smell AMAZING, and make great gifts!

In addition to candles, our Church will offer items from our Gift Shop including Christmas mugs and cards featuring our beautiful Nativity stained glass window. We will also continue the tradition of having a table with crosses and other beautiful religious-themed items, all of which have been donated.

This year, we are hoping to have 1,000 people attend. We need your help to make this our most successful craft faire ever! How can you help?

  • Invite vendors you know to participate

  • Attend and bring your family and friends

  • Spread the word using flyers we will provide

  • Donate a raffle gift item

  • Volunteer to help with set-up and clean-up

  • Help with selling at our church’s tables

If you know vendors who may want to participate, please have them contact Colin O’Connor as soon as possible at cristusvictor88@gmail.com. If you would like to volunteer or have suggestions for the Craft Faire, please let Colin know as well.

    Thank you for your support!
