Music at Christ Anglican Church
Christ Anglican Church is a singing parish! Through the rich hymnody found in the 1940 Hymnal, one visit will convince you that we love to sing! In this way, each parishioner is an important part of our music program. Many of the hymns we offer to God date back many hundreds of years, and the beauty of the words and music, and the truth within, inspire us anew even today.
The Parish Choir
In addition, our Parish Church Music Group, under the direction of Jocelyn Obermeyer, presents anthems throughout the year during the 10:30 a.m. sung Mass, and all ages and abilities are welcome! Our philosophy in the Parish Choir is simple: we are merely returning a portion of the musical gifts that God has already given us back to Him! Curious?
